Welcome to Fior Flow

Fior Flow was started in 2019 by Frits Meijer. He believes that an organisation will be more productive when employees are living their authentic life. In fact, Fior means authentic in Gaelic.

What can I say about me?

In my career as a leader I have seen commercial companies change over the years. In order to stay successful and profitable they continuously need to adapt to new market-, competitive-, financial- and regulatory challenges. ‘Change’ has become the only constant. And while these companies try to keep up with their challenges I have experienced that they often overlook the importance of guiding their staff through this process of change.

This results in employees starting to feel disconnected from the organisation, their team and most importantly, their career. This can lead to staff apathy and substantial productivity loss.

I have created a program that activates teams and employees, allowing them to reach their potential, embrace their calling and live their dream. As a result they will take responsibility for their own career as well as take a proactive role in the organisational process of constant change. This leads to happier, more loyal and most importantly more productive teams, which will free up time for their managers to concentrate on more business related activities. All in all this will lead to more profitable organisations.

Without vulnerability there is no creativity and no change of the status quo. The workplace needs both ego as well as vulnerability to thrive. Too much ego squashes creativity and innovation. In an organisation you have to have the room to fail in order to create something new.
